Admission Process

  1. Prescribed admission forms available from school office must be duly filled in and submitted to the office by the date mentioned therein admission is based on entrance test / interaction the admission process starts in October with the notification.
  2. Admission to class 10 is not granted.
  3. Admission from LKG to 9th is considered depending on the vacancy in the classes.
  4. Registration (Lateral admission) forms will be available in the school office from January.
  5. The school will display all admission notifications in the school notice board.

NEW ADMISSION

1. Issue of Application by School office

Application forms along with the brochures will be issued by the School Office between 10.30 AM to 2.30 PM by charging Rs. 100 per application form.

2. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM

The duly filled application form need to be submitted to school office along with the following enclosures :

  1. Photo
  2. Original Birth Certificate
  3. Address proof : (copy of any one of the following):
    • Aadhar Card
    • Voters ID Card
    • Driving Licence
    • Telephone Bill
    • Electricity Bill
    • Ration Card
    • Passport
3. INTERACTION WITH CHILD AND PARENTS

After submitting the duly filled application form, the interaction will be conducted for the child and the parents by the admission committee. Interaction will be held on every Friday.

4. ADMISSION OF SELECTED STUDENTS

Selected students names will be displayed on the school notice board. After announcing the results, admission has to be done within 3 days by paying the fee.

Lateral Admission

Lateral admission, in the context of schooling or education, typically refers to the process by which students are admitted into a school or educational program at a level beyond the initial starting point. It is the process of transferring from one institution to another.

1. Issue of Registration Form

Registration forms will be issued by the School office.

2. Entrance Test

Entrance test will be conducted for the Students seeking admission to Grade I to IX and interaction will be conducted for the students seeking admission to LKG and UKG.

3. Announcement of Merit List

The results of the entrance test will be displayed on the School notice board. Admission has to be done within 3 days of announcing the results.
